Cannery Fruit Juice Plant

In order to complete the fruit-juice production process, the Fruit Juice Cannery has been constructed as a prototype to demonstrate the production of high-quality sterilised fruit juices that can be stored without refrigeration.

Firstly, fruits juices are prepared. Then fill the cans with the juice, and seal
the lids. Then, start the sterilisation process at approximately 110-120 degrees
Celsius for 10-20 minutes, depending on the type of juice. Cool the cans down
in water to a temperature of about 40 degrees Celsius and label. Cannery fruit
juices can be stored up to 2 years in room temperature.

In addition, there is a demonstration on producing canned rice porridge
from broken rice, a byproduct, from rice milling. The production starts with
preparing chicken stock by boiling chicken bones in water. When the stock is
boiling, add broken rice and stir until cooked. Cook pork or chicken balls and
prepare chopped vegetables such as ginger, and coriander. Place cooked
pork or chicken balls in the bottom of the cans, add the chopped vegetables
and pour the cooked porridge into the cans. Seal the lids. After that, sterilise
the cans and put the label on.
