Suan Chitralada Fruit Juice Pasteurisation Plant

The Suan Chitralada Fruit Juice Pasteurisation Plant
began its operation in 1984, using the old pasteuriser
from the Milk Collection Centre, which had been in
service for many years but was still working well.
Fruits, especially those with low prices at that time
are bought and processed.

Once the juices are prepared, the solution is pasteurised at about 80-95 degrees Celsius for 16 seconds then reduced to 2-5 degrees Celsius. Finally the pasteurised juices are packed in plastic bottles and sealed with aluminum
foil sealed.

Pasteurised juices have to be stored in a cold temperature of about 4 degrees Celsius and can be kept for up to a week.
